Brave Review: Audacious

#BraveReview.

“What is your dream?”

A defining question that births many things.

The book “Audacious” by Beth Moore (@bethmoorelpm) is such a great read.

This book encourages one to be:
“AUDACIOUS: intrepidly Daring, Adventurous, Bold, marked by Originality and Verve“ in the pursuit of our dreams and The One who matters the most in this life, and the life to come. His name is Jesus.

Because everything we hope to achieve in life is always better with Him in it. Helping us to step out audaciously in our purpose and across our various fields.

With insight from her personal life experiences about being audacious and also stepping out in faith, taking steps in writing this book. You can call this a really defining moment that changed her perspective.

A wake-up call you might say. One that began with two simple questions:
1. “What is your dream?”
2. “What is your vision for the future?”

Many of us really need a wake-up call about our lives.
The lives we are currently leading.

In reading this book, you’ll learn and discover more about you because some stories shared are relatable experiences.

Urging you to become AUDACIOUS, becoming all that God has called you to be.
You’ve got to read this book.

For everyone and all who want to really live and live a full life.
Enjoy.️

Brave Review: Fervent

This is a great book, but one that is difficult to read, because some chapters will hit you harder than some.

Especially when those chapters are focused on places you’ve probably experienced some defeat in that past, so your heart remains open and eager to see some real and tangible change.

It’s a book you may need to read slowly, and revisit over and over again. It’s a book that will help you become more specific with how you pray and will empower you with new knowledge and practical ways to do so.

I particularly like the tone of this book, it’s almost like you’re having a very warm and friendly conversation, spiced up with relatable girl talk with the author, Priscilla Shirer.

One that leads to practical steps and intentional focus on core areas of life that really matter.

Think of this book as a strategy tool for war, while on your knees.

It’s a book for everyone and every woman.

I certainly recommend this book by Priscilla Shirer.
Definitely a great read.

Brave Review: Lost and Found

“Lost and Found” is a pouring out of a heart that has been through so much.

A pouring out of a brave woman. In Sarah Jakes’ story, everyone is bound to recognize something they can relate to.

Her sincere words and vulnerability to share so much is what makes this book so impactful.
Some pages are certainly difficult to read.

Sometimes you need to pause to take it all in, especially if you’ve walked a similar path, encountered things that have hurt your heart and soul, or experienced some hard things that are better left unsaid.

She talks about her road to healing, grace and how she regained wholeness to blossoming into the confident, graceful and amazing woman she is today.

Hers is a story of grace, hope and Love Divine. Certainly a good read for anyone at crossroads today.
Especially when it comes to matters of the heart.

Brave Review: Marta’s Legacy Series

“Marta’s Legacy Series” by world renown author, Francine Rivers, a two part series comprised of two books: “Her Mother’s Hope” and “Her daughter’s Dream”, books about 4 generations of women.

Whose lives are affected and influenced by a series of events and past experiences that ultimately shape their future, and set in motion some patterns, expectations and perspectives about life.
One that is a reflection of the generation before.

If only these women could see each other through the eyes of another, then maybe clarity would “Dawn” upon them. However there is hope when Dawn, the fourth generation woman, whose story is told, seems to see things more clearly and becomes the bridge to Marta’s Legacy.

This is indeed a book for all women, mothers and daughters.
A book that reflects hope,  dreams, sorrows, healing, joy, victories and most of all, the “Mother’s Love”.
A love that is often expressed or not expressed in various forms.

This is certainly one of the best books you’d ever read about mothers, daughters, life and relationships.
As always, it is a great delight to read any books by the amazing of Francine Rivers!
We know you’d enjoy reading this one too.
